- Items must have all tags attached (if it came with tags)
- Items must not be worn or altered.
- Final sale items, leggings of the month tribe, #ootw, swag bags, trucker hats and tote bags may NOT be exchanged.

2. YOUR RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT WILL BE PROCESSED IN 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS ONCE WE RECEIVE IT.
Once the package is delivered to us we will start the return process. Expect an email with a promo code within 5-10 business days of the delivery of your return.

3. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO DO AN EVEN EXCHANGE (SAME STYLE, DIFFERENT SIZE) INSTEAD OF STORE CREDIT, PLEASE INCLUDE A NOTE WITH YOUR PACKAGE LETTING US KNOW AND INCLUDE THAT YOU WOULD LIKE AN EVEN EXCHANGE IN YOUR EMAIL TO US.
If for some reason that style/size is not in stock then store credit will be issued.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT? Expect an email that contains a promo code within 5-10 business days of the delivery of your items back to us. Store credit is not processed the same day your item is delivered to us. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed. You are not credited back for shipping charges.
We only offer STORE CREDIT for items sent back. We do not issue refunds.
Merchandise must be sent back to us within 14 business days of receiving the order in order to receive store credit.
Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
Original invoice must be included in your return package. If you do not have your original invoice, you can print out your order confirmation email.
Anything that smells of smoke, has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or damaged by you will not be taken back. It must be in its original condition with tags attached (if it arrived with tags).
