Shipping & Returns

Domestic Shipping
  • Orders placed before 3pm (central time) are processed and shipped Monday - Friday.
  • Most items will arrive on your doorstep 2-5 business days after receipt of your order.  
  • All domestic orders under $75 are shipped via USPS for $4.99 flat rate. 
International Shipping
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time, but are working on adding this option.

Returns 

  • All orders are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. 
  • Must be returned within 2 weeks (14 days) from receiving your order.
  • Items must have all tags attached.
  • Items must not be worn or altered.
  • Final sale items and trucker hats may NOT be returned.
  • Please allow up to 2 weeks to process your return
  • If you are returning your order for a refund using the prepaid USPS label, $4.99 will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you are returning your order for store credit, you will not be charged the $4.99 return shipping fee.

To complete your return, please email, Stacie@sunlovinroots.com and include a note detailing your request, including the email address and/or order number associated with your purchase. You will receive an email back containing a prepaid USPS label. Place this label on the outside of your package and drop it off at any post office. Kindly include the same note inside the package detailing the reason for your return.               

Store Credit

If you would like to return your items for store credit, you will not be charged the $4.00 return shipping fee. If you would like to exchange the item for a different size or style, please include a note listing the size/style you would like to exchange it for.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
